The Challenge
The Adventure Company wanted to stand apart in a crowded tourism market. While competitors often promoted one product at a time or used standard montage-style advertising, the brief here was to create a campaign that unified all their offerings — Outer Great Barrier Reef, Daintree Rainforest, Atherton Tablelands, and Chillagoe Outback — while also integrating the company’s subsidiaries, Down Under Cruise & Dive and Billy Tea Safaris.
The challenge: build a brand identity that conveyed excitement, cohesion, and a true point of difference.


The Solution
We developed a bold, integrated campaign anchored around a single graphic that brought together all elements of the adventure product suite. This created an immediate sense of energy and discovery, while giving equal weight to each of the company’s experiences.
The design direction emphasised:
Brand synergy: unified messaging that highlighted The Adventure Company alongside Down Under Cruise & Dive and Billy Tea Safaris.
Outer Reef exploration: diving and snorkelling experiences at two exclusive reef locations.
Rainforest immersion: adventures in the Daintree and Atherton Tablelands.
Outback discovery: authentic journeys through Chillagoe and beyond.

We redesigned the website to reflect the new campaign identity, bringing together the full suite of reef, rainforest, and outback adventures in a single, dynamic experience.
We developed the central “Choose Your Adventure” graphic to solve the challenge of incorporating a wide variety of tours into one cohesive design, while making it eye-catching and distinctly different from the conservative branding common in the Cairns tourism market.
The site was fully integrated with the booking system, creating a seamless customer journey from discovery to purchase.
This combination of bold design and user-friendly functionality delivered immediate results: a 200% increase in sales revenue (approx. $80,000 per month) and a sharp drop in bounce rate to below 2% within the first month of launch, as verified by Google Analytics and monthly sales reports.
Graphic Design and Printed Collateral
